Blend created by Palenquero 'Tio' Pedro Pascual Hernandez at his distillery La Esperanza in his hometown in Oaxaca. Cultivated Espadin and wild Tobaziche for this 85 liter batch. Mashed by hand, distilled in clay pot stills.
