Made from mostly Aglianico with a splash of Nero d’Avola and Sagrantino. All three varieties originate from Southern Italy and are growing on the prized top block at our Heathcote vineyard on Mount Camel Ridge. Rhubarb, rose, strawberry, and a light grip.
