Named for the late vineyard manager, the Esteban Pet Nat is made from 100% Viognier grown in Michel Chapoutier's backyard. Tangy on entry, freshness and good balance on the palate. Notes of grapefruit peel, bergamot and apricot. Tasty, saline finish.
