On the nose you'll find baked apple and star anise. The palate is round, full and bright with notes of roasted pear and green plum with honeycomb-like waxy traits on the finish. Pair with grilled fish, soft cheese, or hearty salads.

This Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc blend is made from some of the oldest vines in Napa (the youngest are 70+ years old!). These "beyond organic" vineyards have been dry farmed without chemicals of any kind since the mid-1940s.
