Composed entirely of Auxerrois, Riesling, and Gewürztraminer that's ferment fully dry in a mix of neutral French oak and newer Oregon oak, the aromatic blend has a balanced weight with notes of alpine herbs, grated ginger, black lime, and Mirabelle plums.
