Bacanora is an agave based spirit made in the Mexican state of Sonora. Until 1992, it was illegal to make and was bootlegged throughout the state. Made in a similar way to traditional mezcal, this bacanora is super floral on the nose with lots of mineral, dried flowers and bright acid on the palate and finishes creamy with a cooling menthol effect.
